Alas, we tried a forum, but it never took off.   In the meantime, an alternative has popped up, proving once again that when God closes a door, he opens a window. 

The LINC list is an email discussion list you can join and send in questions to.  The group is fairly active and you can get 6-10 emails per week.  Another option is to get the emails in digest form and dip in at your leisure.  The list centers on practical problems of libraries -- publicity, locked libraries, funding, and the like.  It is especially useful for non-professionals, although there are professionals lurking about as well.  There is an evangelical bent to it, but nothing onerous to the Anglican ear.
