ABOUT US

The Anglican Library Society was established to support libraries of the Anglican Communion.  It also supports archives and websites.

The site is an outgrowth of the development of the library and website at St. Paul's Parish, Riverside, Illinois, in the Diocese of Chicago and presented as an outreach service to the Anglican Communion.

There are no membership dues, although if you believe in what we're doing you can send a tax-deductible contribution to St. Paul's Parish; 60 Akenside Road; Riverside, IL 60546 [USA].

In our first year, we discovered that the Forum just wasn't working as it was, so it was discontinued in favor of a better alternative.  Our other problem was we lost our previous domain without notice and decamped to a new home at the St.Paul's Parish (Riverside, IL) website.  If we inadvertently left you behind, we apologize.

For questions about running your library that are not on this site,we highly recommend the LINC list, which you can read about on the Forum page.

For dead links, editing, or technical problems with the site, contact me directly.  Do NOT send me library technical questions unless you want to pay me $60 an hour for consulting.  I may run this site for God, but I do library work for a living, and at that I give churches a discount on my usual rates.
